BIM – Associating observations (from different sources) with their objects/groups

For a company specializing in technical analysis and inspection, we use machine learning to enhance the linking of observations to objects, thereby reducing human intervention and speeding up the process of identifying relevant data.

The need

Three ways of linking observations to objects have been anticipated: 

  • Manual: carried out by the user (already in place)
  • Semi-automatic: carried out through queries and properties of the objects (already in place)
  • Automatic: Finding matches and connections between observations and objects/groups of objects. 

Objective

  • Minimize human intervention and save time.

  • Building a model that identifies important sections of a text or labels them with specific labels to create a training dataset.
